Contextual Overview

Terracotta Outsourcing is recruiting a Contracts & Claims Manager for a leading organization within the UAE's power and energy infrastructure sector. This role involves providing strategic contract management, governance, and commercial support for major capital projects, acting as an interim Project Company Contract Manager on the owner's side.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in contract management for large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
• Extensive knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims management, and dispute resolution.
• Proven experience representing Owners, Developers, or Project Companies.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Oversee contract management frameworks and performance across a portfolio of infrastructure projects.
• Review and assess EPC contractor claims and dispute strategies.
• Manage the full lifecycle of contract administration, including drafting notices and responding to claims.
• Provide contractual advice and decision support to senior leadership.
• Support project development by assessing contractual risk allocation and bankability.

Mode: Long-term Consulting Assignment (On-site in Abu Dhabi, UAE, until August 2027).
