Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified real estate lawyer
- 2 to 7 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Commercial mindset with experience in handling high-volume leasing and property portfolios
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Drafting, negotiating, and completing a wide range of commercial leases and transactional property documentation.
- Managing lease renewals, including matters under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
- Conducting title investigations and handling HM Land Registry matters.
- Advising on day-to-day property legal queries across the business.
- Supporting a busy, high-volume leasing function while helping develop paralegals.
- Collaborating with senior colleagues and external counsel on complex property matters.
