• 2–5 years of substantive litigation experience (national, regional, or boutique firm).
• Experience in both federal and California state courts preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills; proven ability to draft pleadings and briefs.
• Hands‑on discovery experience, including document production, depositions, and expert‑witness preparation.
• Top‑tier law school academic credentials; federal clerkship strongly preferred.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage high‑stakes class action, complex commercial, and IP litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive litigation documents.
• Conduct discovery, oversee document production, attend depositions, and prepare expert witnesses.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings.
• Collaborate closely with senior litigators and develop an independent client base.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Base salary range: $170,000 – $270,000 per year (DOE).
• Additional compensation: annual bonus.
• Benefits: medical & dental insurance, 401(k), paid maternity & paternity leave.
• Work model: hybrid (Silicon Valley office & remote).
