Contracts Operations Specialist (US Based)

Themesoft Inc. is hiring a Contracts Operations Specialist for US-based operations with locations in Chennai and Noida/Gurgaon. The role involves supporting US-based legal and business teams by reviewing, redlining, and managing commercial contracts across their lifecycle.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Law degree from a recognized institution.
• 5–7 years of experience in commercial contract review, redlining, and contract operations, preferably supporting US or global clients.
• Hands-on experience reviewing agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Order Forms, and Amendments.
• Strong understanding of commercial contract terms including pricing, term, termination, indemnity, and limitation of liability.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Review and redline marketing agreements (MSAs, SOWs, Order Forms, Quotes, NDAs, and amendments).
• Apply company-approved playbooks and templates to identify legal and business risks, flag deviations, and escalate high-risk provisions.
• Perform document comparisons, summarize material and non-material changes, and maintain version control.
• Track contract status and ensure accurate documentation across review cycles.
