Thinking Search is recruiting a Project Finance Lawyer/Associate to join a leading international law firm's finance practice in the London area. The role involves managing complex, high-value financing transactions and advising domestic and international clients across various sectors.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified lawyer status.
- Proven experience within a recognised Banking & Finance or Project Finance practice.
- Demonstrable experience in managing complex financing transaction workstreams.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management capabilities.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Advise on structured and project financing transactions from inception to completion.
- Draft, review, and negotiate financing and ancillary documentation.
- Manage transaction workstreams and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Advise clients on commercial and legal risks.
- Supervise junior lawyers and contribute to business development initiatives.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Compensation: Up to £150,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonus.
Mode: Hybrid working.
