Contextual Overview

Thrifty Car Rental UAE is seeking a Contract Executive based in Dubai to manage the organization's contractual activities. This role involves the end-to-end administration of commercial contracts, including drafting, review, lifecycle management, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and internal corporate governance.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in contracts administration, legal administration, or procurement/finance roles.
• Skills: Strong understanding of contract structures, commercial terms, and legal language; exceptional attention to detail; proficiency in managing multiple deadlines.
• Preferred: Prior experience in the automotive, fleet, or car rental sectors is considered an asset.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Draft and review commercial agreements (service agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts).
• Maintain contract repositories and track key dates, renewals, and performance milestones.
• Support tender and procurement processes, including RFP/RFQ preparation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws and internal audit standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments (finance, operations, procurement) for contract execution.
