TransFi, a global payments platform, is hiring a Licensing & Regulatory Manager for its Legal & Compliance team in India. The role is remote‑first and focuses on driving the company’s global regulatory licensing strategy, obtaining and maintaining licences, and setting up regulated entities.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory licensing, compliance or legal advisory.
- Background in a law firm, regulatory body or fintech/banking sector (preferred).

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage end‑to‑end licensing applications across multiple jurisdictions.

- Support the formation and structuring of legal entities in new geographies.
- Track regulatory requirements, renewals and reporting deadlines.

- Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Finance and Business teams.
