Operating at the intersection of trees, people, and property, the firm handles contentious and advisory work involving tree root subsidence, property disputes, planning issues, and environmental law for insurers, developers, housing associations, and local authorities across the UK.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified solicitor in England and Wales (newly qualified or early career stage) OR an experienced Legal Executive.
- Relevant background in property litigation, civil litigation, insurance, planning, environmental law, or related areas.
- Intellectually curious, commercially aware, and possessing strong written communication skills.
- Organized, confident in dealing with clients and technical experts, and comfortable taking responsibility.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
