Senior Data Compliance Manager – Trip.com Group

Trip.com Group, a global travel service provider, is hiring a Senior Data Compliance Manager to lead cross‑regional compliance initiatives in Singapore.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• 5+ years of experience in data privacy, data compliance, or information security
• Hands‑on experience supporting a company’s international compliance build‑out
• Proven track record of independently leading complex compliance projects from concept to delivery
• Working proficiency in English (Mandarin a plus)

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Act as the team’s “middle‑office”, leading compliance projects such as data localization, cookie compliance, and cross‑border data transfer solutions
• Own cross‑regional compliance initiatives, map project roadmaps, coordinate resources, and drive delivery to closure
• Translate compliance requirements into executable solutions in collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Collaborate with colleagues in Southeast Asia, Europe, and other regions to respond to legal requirements and lead cross‑jurisdiction projects
• Contribute to the overall overseas compliance framework and continuous improvement of related processes
