Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Admitted to practice law in Spain.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and maintain templates.
• Oversee corporate governance and GDPR compliance in Spain.
• Conduct internal compliance training and monitor legislative changes.
