Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Serve as a trusted business partner, building collaborative relationships with internal clients and cross‑functional teams
- Provide comprehensive legal services for assigned practice areas, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements
- Conduct legal analysis, risk assessment, and recommend mitigation strategies
- Support regulatory matters, audits, and interactions with state and federal agencies
- Manage and coordinate outside counsel in a cost‑effective manner
- Contribute to policy, procedure, and template development
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of applicable state and federal laws affecting health‑insurance operations
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Compensation range: $123,304 – $221,948 per year (paid). Additional benefits may include health/dental insurance, retirement plan, wellness program, paid time off and holidays. Hybrid work model with possible remote work on a case‑by‑case basis.
