Legal Counsel at Valar Atomics
Valar Atomics is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their business organization in Long Beach, CA. The role involves providing strategic legal guidance for a company focused on scalable, high-temperature nuclear power. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio including commercial transactions, project finance, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Licensure: Active member of the California State Bar or eligible for Registered In-House Counsel status.
- Experience: 3–6 years of legal experience, specifically in commercial contracts and transactional matters.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Draft and negotiate commercial agreements (supply, vendor, construction, technology licenses, NDAs).

Stipend & Compensation
