Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, Germany & Operations EMEA based in Frankfurt, Germany. The role involves providing comprehensive legal advice, contract negotiation, and corporate governance assistance to Vantageโs Germany team and Operations EMEA team across multiple business areas including construction, development, procurement, public policy, and HR.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Preference for a minimum of 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE), with at least some experience at a top-tier law firm.
- Prior in-house experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in commercial transactions, specifically with supply chain, operations, and/or services agreements.
- Ability to provide hands-on, practical advice on time-critical and complex legal matters.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Lead and support contract projects involving framework agreements, construction contracts, vendor agreements, amendments, and NDAs.
- Manage and instruct outside counsel across multiple jurisdictions for Operations EMEA and Germany.
- Support global legal strategy for construction, development projects, and commercial contracts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Construction, Public Policy, and HR teams.
- Prepare and develop standard templates, policies, and explore legal tech automation opportunities.
