Visa is seeking a proactive and business-minded Associate Counsel to join its Legal team supporting Visa Consulting & Analytics ("VCA") in Atlanta, GA. The role involves providing practical, solution-oriented legal guidance on a broad range of commercial, product, data, and regulatory matters.

Key Eligibility Criteria

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

Provide timely, practical, and business-oriented legal advice in support of VCA's consulting, analytics, implementation, and managed service offerings.
Structure, draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including consulting agreements, statements of work, and data-related agreements.
Advise on legal, regulatory, privacy, intellectual property, and data use considerations arising from new products and business initiatives.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Privacy, Data Policy, Compliance, and Regulatory Legal functions.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Estimated salary range is $152,900.00 to $237,000.00 USD per year, eligible for bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Mode: Hybrid (at least 3 days in office).
