Key Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Degree in Law.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

- Manage company formations, restructurings, liquidations, and dissolutions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, transaction documents, and corporate documentation.
- Prepare legal opinions and offer counsel on complex legal matters.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, registries, public notaries, and external advisers.
- Advise on employment law, HR matters, AML/KYC, GDPR, and compliance frameworks.
- Track relevant legal, regulatory, and tax developments.
