Vivo (Telefônica Brasil) is seeking a Senior Attorney (Advogado(a) Sr) to join its Legal and Institutional department in São Paulo. The role focuses on contract consulting, including the drafting and analysis of complex legal instruments, and providing legal support to various business units within the company.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Bachelor of Laws (Direito).
• Licensure: Active OAB (Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil) registration.
• Languages: Advanced English (with oral negotiation proficiency); Spanish is considered a plus.
• Experience: Senior-level professional experience in contract law and corporate consulting.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drafting and reviewing complex contracts, addendums, and legal instruments.
• Providing assertive legal consulting to internal business areas with a business-oriented approach.
• Leading negotiations and discussions with internal stakeholders and third parties.
• Identifying legal risks and developing mitigation strategies.
• Improving internal processes and policies to enhance operational efficiency.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode
