VOIS (Vodafone Intelligent Solutions) is seeking a Senior Legal Advisor (Contracting) based in Budapest. The role involves providing comprehensive legal support for commercial and contractual matters, specifically focusing on drafting and negotiating high-value, global contracts for the Group Enterprise business.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Law degree from a reputable law school.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in commercial/contracting law, OR 6+ years in commercial/contracting/telecommunications law with a valid BAR qualification.
• Language: Fluency in English (written and oral).
• Skills: Expert understanding of commercial contract law, strong drafting and negotiation capabilities, and experience working in international, hybrid environments.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drafting and negotiating complex global customer contracts for multinational companies.
• Providing timely legal advice and translating complex legal issues into actionable business language.
• Identifying and mitigating commercial risks in alignment with Vodafone standards.
• Supporting business transformation projects and contributing to legal process improvements.
• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SPOC) and trainer for internal team development.
