Contextual Overview
Voxility, an international technology and telecommunications company operating across Europe, America, and Asia, is seeking an In-House Lawyer to join its legal team in Bucharest, Romania. The role involves managing corporate legal compliance, contracts, employment law, data protection, intellectual property, and representing the company's interests.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in commercial and corporate law with solid knowledge of employment law, GDPR, intellectual property, and litigation.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with international clients and suppliers.
- Familiarity with working in an international business environment and interacting with foreign authorities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and independent problem-solving skills with a good command of English.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Ensure company compliance with national, European, and foreign legal provisions, mitigating contractual and legal risks.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, corporate documents, legal requests, and notices.
- Provide legal support to HR on employment agreements, Labour Code compliance, and internal regulations.
- Ensure intellectual property protection and GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) compliance.
- Represent Voxility before courts, arbitration bodies, investigative authorities, and third-party partners.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
Compensation: 15,000 - 20,000 RON Gross.
