Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and written discovery.
• Conduct complex legal research to support litigation strategy.
• Collaborate with partners on high-profile case preparations and advocacy.
