Associate / Attorney - Insurance Defense

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an Associate / Attorney specializing in Insurance Defense to join a respected Southern California firm in Torrance, LA. The role involves managing high-stakes civil liability claims, premises liability, transportation, construction defect, and product liability matters for major public entities and national brands.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Active California Bar license.
• JD from an accredited law school (top 100 preferred).
• Minimum of 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Strong litigation fundamentals encompassing research, drafting, discovery, and case management.
• Client-facing demeanor and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Defend insureds and self-insured entities in civil liability claims across the full case lifecycle.
• Handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and settlement negotiations.
• Appear at court hearings, arbitrations, and trials.
• Collaborate closely with partners on case strategy and client communication.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Base Pay Range: $100,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr (DOE).
• Additional Compensation: Bonus potential plus comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k)).
• Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week in Torrance) for junior hires; fully remote options available for experienced hires.
