Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Assist in Insurance Coverage Analysis and Litigation: Evaluate and litigate complex third-party coverage disputes.
• Deliver High-Impact Legal Research and Strategy: Conduct sophisticated analysis of case law, statutes, and policy language.
• Draft and Manage Critical Case Filings: Prepare pleadings, dispositive motions, coverage opinions, and discovery.
• Drive Client Relationships: Build strong insurer and client relationships and contribute to business development.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

• Base Salary: $175,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
• Bonus: Performance-related bonus (potential earnings close to $300k)
• Mode: Full-time
