Legal Counsel at White Hat Gaming
White Hat Gaming, a leading iGaming platform provider, is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its Legal and Compliance team. The role focuses on commercial contract negotiation and licensing within a regulated iGaming environment, with a predominant focus on US gambling jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate supplier and customer contracts (technology procurement, revenue share, licensing).
- Assist the licensing team with global regulatory applications and due diligence.
- Provide legal advice on commercial risks, corporate matters, and IP.
- Support compliance and AML teams on regulations and complex customer cases.
- Assist with commercial tenders and occasional disputes/litigation.
Eligibility Criteria
- UK or US qualified solicitor/attorney.
- 2-4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Proven track record in high-value commercial negotiations.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Preferred: Experience in online gambling, licensing, or working with regulatory authorities.
