The role involves advising international and domestic clients on contentious, advisory, and transactional matters within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1 to 2 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) with specific experience in restructuring & insolvency and commercial disputes.
• Qualification: Must be Singapore Qualified.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, high attention to detail, analytical ability, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Collaborate with a diverse team of Restructuring and Insolvency lawyers.
• Draft legal documents and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research.
• Attend court hearings.
• Liaise with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders during meetings.
