Withers KhattarWong LLP is seeking a thoughtful and driven Associate to join its Restructuring and Insolvency practice group in Singapore. The role involves advising international and domestic clients across contentious, advisory, and transactional matters within a dynamic team.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• 1 to 2 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE) with experience in restructuring & insolvency and commercial disputes.
• Must be Singapore Qualified.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Analytical, organized, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Working in a team of Restructuring and Insolvency lawyers of diverse backgrounds and expertise.
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
• Conducting legal research.
• Attending court hearings, meetings, and liaising with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders.
