Legal Counsel – Corporate M&A

W&P Partners Recruitment is hiring a junior corporate lawyer to join its London-based legal team, focusing on corporate and M&A work for an international investment group.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• UK-qualified solicitor
• 1–3 years PQE
• Corporate and M&A experience at a well-regarded law firm
• Experience with acquisitions, disposals, investments or corporate reorganisations

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Support domestic and international acquisitions, disposals, investments and joint ventures
• Assist with transaction structuring, due diligence and drafting key corporate documents
• Draft, review and negotiate share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, disclosure letters and ancillary documents
• Advise on corporate reorganisations, strategic projects, company law, corporate governance and board matters
• Coordinate external counsel across jurisdictions and support post‑acquisition integration
