Commercial Legal Counsel at XG TECH PTE.LTD
XG TECH PTE.LTD is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal support for its smart vehicle and intelligent cockpit technology operations in Singapore. The role involves managing commercial transactions, IP licensing, and cross-border legal matters.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelorโs degree in Law or equivalent.
- Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore (or qualified in another major common law jurisdiction).
- 4โ8 years of relevant experience in a leading law firm or multinational/in-house legal team.
- Substantial hands-on experience in IP licensing and technology transactions.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or software sectors is preferred.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Draft, review, and negotiate sales, licensing, services, and technology agreements.
