XML International is seeking an experienced Employment Law Legal Counsel to join their in-house legal team in the Czech Republic. This is a permanent, fully remote position focusing on Czech employment law, Employer of Record (EOR) services, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Czech law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant legal practice.
• Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge of Czech employment/labour law, GDPR, and commercial contract negotiation.
• Language: Fluency in both Czech and English.
• Residency: Must be currently based in the Czech Republic.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Provide practical legal advice to internal stakeholders and management.
• Support Employer of Record (EOR) and workforce-related legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment and commercial agreements.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and monitor legislative developments.
• Prepare internal policies, legal opinions, and manage legal risk.
• Partner with HR and internal teams on employment-related disputes and litigation.
