The role involves advising a diverse portfolio of clients, including FTSE-listed companies and technology firms, on high-value commercial contracts, digital transformation projects, and strategic business initiatives.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 3-7 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in Commercial and/or Technology law.
• Technical Skills: Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Professional Attributes: Ability to work independently within a national team, strong stakeholder management, and a pragmatic, commercial approach to legal problem-solving.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial and technology-focused agreements.
• Advising on digital transformation, outsourcing, and supply chain arrangements.
• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients, acting as an extension of in-house legal teams.
• Collaborating across practice areas and contributing to business development initiatives.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode
