Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advise on data compliance, DPAs, data-sharing arrangements, and customer-facing documentation.
• Build and maintain privacy governance foundations, including DPIAs, records of processing, and vendor governance.
• Support cybersecurity and product-data security governance, working with IT and Security stakeholders.
• Manage interactions with regulatory authorities on data protection and cybersecurity matters.
• Potential ownership of adjacent areas such as IP or commercial matters based on candidate profile.
