Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist/in).
- Professional Experience: Multi-year track record in commercial law, gained within an international law firm or corporate legal department.
- Core Expertise: Proven capability in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex national and international contracts (sales and procurement), claim and recourse management, and corporate law affairs.
- Key Skills: Strategic mindset, strong negotiation abilities, and business-fluent English proficiency.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Provide legal advisory services to executive management, operational business units, and international subsidiaries.
- Draft, evaluate, and negotiate national and corporate-level international commercial agreements (procurement and distribution).
- Prepare legal opinions, risk assessments, and binding corporate governance guidelines.
- Manage claims, develop litigation/arbitration strategies, and handle recourse proceedings with suppliers or customers.
- Advise on corporate law matters, including board resolutions, articles of association, and restructuring initiatives.
