ZSA Canada is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join a Canadian financial services company in Toronto, Ontario. This is a full-time, mid-senior level position within a small, collegial legal department, offering challenging work and a great work-life balance.

• 7-10 years of in-house commercial contracting and privacy experience.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

The successful candidate will report to the Assistant General Counsel (AGC) and will be responsible for commercial contracting and privacy matters within the financial services sector. Specific duties are not detailed but will encompass the general scope of a Senior Legal Counsel in an in-house legal department.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

The base pay range for this role is CA$170,000.00/yr - CA$190,000.00/yr. The actual salary may vary based on the candidate's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
